Ajay Krishna is a one-year-old child living in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He has been diagnosed with biliary atresia and has already gone through one operation and yet he needs another.

Doctors at Kims Health (7.5 km from Trivandrum Central Railway Station)in Kerala have said that he needs to undergo a liver transplant costing Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakh Only).

Saji Kumar is the only breadwinner in his family. In addition to Ajay, he has to take care of his mother-in-law, a cancer patient, and a father-in-law as well as his wife and daughter. He works as a carpenter and earns a daily wage.
